What I Build

Instructy

AI doc-to-course platform

Upload a document, get a full training course. Built a 6-agent AI pipeline that handles course generation end-to-end: parsing, lesson design, content writing, assessments, and quality review. Includes a supervisor agent that catches failures and retries with smarter instructions. Two-layer content security screens every upload for prompt injection and inappropriate content.

Open Brain

AI memory system

A custom memory system with hybrid vector search so AI agents can recall context across sessions and devices. Shared context architecture that keeps multiple agents consistent and on-spec.

Python Qdrant FastMCP OAuth 2.0

Content Security

Trust and security design

Two-layer defense combining 24 regex patterns across 6 attack categories with an LLM moderation agent. Plus encrypted key management that keeps secrets out of AI conversations entirely.

Python Security Prompt Defense

Multi-Agent Orchestration

Agent systems

Writer-supervisor pipelines with dynamic batch sizing, model escalation on failure, and cascading failure prevention. Backup monitoring agents checking 9 systems every 30 minutes.

How I Build

I work in Claude Code and GPT Codex daily as my primary development environments. I don't write code from scratch. I spent 15 years learning to write precise specs, evaluate output, and think in systems. AI removed the coding barrier, and now I architect and ship at a pace that wasn't possible before.

Specification Precision

I spent 15 years as a technical writer, including FAA-regulated aircraft maintenance manuals where a vague sentence could ground a fleet. That discipline translates directly to AI. Agents take your spec literally. The clearer you write, the better they build.

Evaluation and Quality Judgment

I review every piece of AI output as if it has my name on it. Catching confident-sounding wrong answers, spotting edge cases, insisting on functional correctness over semantic correctness.

Multi-Agent Orchestration

Breaking complex problems into agent-sized tasks and coordinating the pipeline. My Instructy platform runs 6 specialized agents with a supervisor that catches failures and retries with smarter instructions.

Failure Pattern Recognition

AI agents fail in specific, diagnosable ways: context windows get polluted over long sessions, agents drift from the original spec, they agree with bad data instead of questioning it, they pick the wrong tool, one failure cascades through the whole pipeline, or they produce output that looks right but isn't. I've hit all six and built systems to catch them.

Trust and Security Design

Production AI needs boundaries, not just prompts. I build content gates, run pen tests on my own infrastructure, and keep secrets out of AI conversations entirely.

Context Architecture

Context architecture is one of the hardest problems in agentic engineering. I built Open Brain as a custom MCP server - a persistent memory system with semantic and hybrid vector search that agents access through Model Context Protocol. Shared context, specification enforcement, and session management across multiple AI agents and devices.

Cost and Token Economics

Every agent in a pipeline doesn't need the same model. I use smaller, faster models like Haiku for validation and routing, mid-tier models like Sonnet for content generation, and reserve Opus for complex reasoning. Picking the right model per task keeps quality high and costs predictable.
