Zoltan Fabry
Senior Technical Trainer | AI Implementation
I train enterprise teams on AI-powered software. Currently at Conga, building courses, video libraries, and content workflows that scale globally.
Thanks for being curious!
Family man first. My wife and kids are my world. Everything else comes after that.
Professionally, I've spent my career training users on AI-powered enterprise software, writing and producing technical documentation, building courseware, and creating video content that scales. I've helped implement LMS, CMS, and lifecycle management systems, led data migration strategies, and added real value to teams along the way.
AI is where I'm focused now. It's going to change how we work whether we like it or not, and I'd rather be the person who understands it deeply and helps others navigate it. I'm passionate about technology but opinionated about privacy and autonomy. Open source when possible.
I believe agentic workflows are the real unlock: personalized, individualized training that shortens the gap between a product release and actual user adoption. Accurate, timely, and easy to understand. That's what I want to build.

JARVIS: Home AI Lab
Self-hosted AI infrastructure on dual RTX 3090s (48GB VRAM). Running the same models and tools I train people on. Hands-on, not theoretical.
Maker at Heart
When I'm not working, I restore vintage arcade machines. 12 cabinets in my home arcade. CRT monitor repairs, capacitor replacements, wiring harnesses, cabinet refinishing. There's something about keeping these classics alive that never gets old.

About
I spent 8 years at United Airlines writing maintenance documentation for 10,000+ mechanics. FAA-regulated manuals, 60+ subject matter experts, monthly revision cycles. That's where I learned to take something complex and make it usable.
When United asked me to relocate to Chicago, I stayed in Houston and joined PROS (now Conga) to train enterprise customers on AI-powered pricing software. That's where AI clicked for me. Not as a buzzword, but as a tool that could make my actual job faster and better. I started automating my own content workflows, then kept going.
Now I'm looking for a role where I can do both: train teams on AI-powered products and use AI to build the training itself.
